This crossing and finishing practice can be done in a 30 by 30 yard area (large garden or some isolated space!). Simply work your feet in cones working side to side and forward and back, before making realistic movement to meet a cross from a partner (sibling or parent) to finish. Once complete players must perform various exercises in ladders as shown before recycling the exercise.
